Is it really open around the clock?
Yes — members get their own fingerprint access and can come and go any hour, 24 hours a day, Monday to Saturday, including public holidays. Whenever you're in, the aircon and lighting are on and stay on until the last person leaves — nothing is metered or shut off on you the way it is at the big chains. Reception is staffed Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm (excluding public holidays), with overnight security every night and housekeeping through the day, Monday to Saturday.
Does the building generate its own power?
Yes — because we own the building, we were able to fit a solar array on the roof. It generates clean energy every daylight hour and offsets part of the building’s consumption (the rest comes from the grid, so the aircon never depends on the weather). The generation figures on this page — the live output, this month’s total and the CO₂ avoided — come straight from the rooftop system’s live feed. It’s one more advantage of an owner-operated space: greener coworking in Bangkok without changing anything about how you work.
Can I start with less than a month?
For coworking, yes — packages start from a single day. Buy a day pass, a 5- or 10-day pack, or go monthly unlimited, with no annual minimum. Private serviced offices are a longer commitment, starting from a three-month term.

Can I register my company at this address?
Yes. Because we own the building outright, we can offer a DBD-compliant virtual business address in Asoke, Bangkok — something most coworking spaces can't do since they only rent. Use it to register your company and as your official address on cards, invoices and your website; mail and parcel handling is included, and we can support your VAT and SSO registration too.
