Privacy Policy
Last updated 3 July 2026
This policy explains what personal data Atlas Workspace collects when you use this website, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). We only collect what we need to answer your enquiry and arrange your visit — we never sell your data.
Who we are
Atlas Workspace (18 Ratchadaphisek Rd, Khlong Toei, Bangkok 10110, Thailand) is the data controller for the information you provide here. For anything about this policy or your data, contact us at [email protected] or +66 2 227 0447.
What we collect
Information you give us when you submit the tour-enquiry form or the free-day form:
- Your name, email address and phone number.
- Your preferred contact method and best time to reach you.
- Details of your enquiry — the space you're interested in, and where relevant your company name, team size, preferred dates and times, number of guests, the services you need, your intended visit date, and anything you write in the message field.
Information collected automatically when you use the site:
- Marketing attribution stored in your browser's first-party local storage and attached only when you submit a form: the page you arrived on, the referring website, campaign parameters (such as UTM tags and ad click identifiers), your visit count, and basic device details (device type, browser language, timezone and screen size). This tells us which ads and channels bring genuine enquiries.
- Approximate location derived from your IP address by our network provider (country, city and region only). We do not store your raw IP address.
Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange a tour or your free trial day.
- To contact you by your preferred method about your enquiry.
- To understand which marketing brings enquiries, so we spend our advertising responsibly.
- To keep the forms secure and free of spam and abuse.
Legal basis
Under the PDPA we rely on your consent, given when you submit a form, to contact you about your enquiry, and on our legitimate interest in running and improving our business (including basic marketing measurement and spam protection). You can withdraw consent at any time — see “Your rights” below.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data or share it for third-party advertising. To run this site and respond to your enquiry, your information is handled on our behalf by a small number of trusted service providers:
- A website hosting and security provider (which also runs the invisible bot-protection check on our forms and provides cookieless, aggregate analytics).
- A database provider that securely stores your submission.
- An email-delivery provider that sends your submission to our team.
- An advertising-measurement provider (Google) that tells us which of our ads led to an enquiry. For form submissions it receives only a securely hashed, non-readable version of your contact details, and may use it only to measure our advertising (see “Cookies and conversion tracking” below).
These providers may use your data only to provide those services to us, and we can name the specific providers on request.
Cookies and conversion tracking
Our own analytics are cookieless and aggregate, and the marketing-attribution data described above stays in your browser's local storage until you choose to submit a form.
When you reach us from a Google ad, we use Google Ads conversion tracking to learn which ads bring genuine enquiries. Google's tag sets cookies to remember that your visit came from an ad and to credit your enquiry to it. With “enhanced conversions”, when you submit a form we also send Google a securely hashed (one-way, not human-readable) version of your email and phone number so it can match the conversion without receiving your details in readable form. This is used only to measure our own advertising — never to show you third-party ads. Apart from Google Ads conversion measurement, the site sets no other advertising or tracking cookies.
If you visit from the EEA or the UK, these advertising cookies are switched off by default — we rely on Google's cookieless, aggregated conversion measurement for those visitors instead.
How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry for as long as needed to respond to it and, if you become a member or customer, for the duration of that relationship and any period required by law. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
Your rights
Under the PDPA you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you and request a copy.
- Correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Ask us to delete your data, or restrict or object to how we use it.
- Withdraw your consent at any time.
- Lodge a complaint with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).
To exercise any of these, email [email protected] and we'll respond within a reasonable time.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The “last updated” date at the top always reflects the current version.
